Delivery Terms for Flowers and Flower Arrangements
SIA "K Rent" (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) provides delivery within the boundaries of Riga city and to towns in the Pierīga region.
The delivery time within the boundaries of Riga city is approximately 3 hours, and in other towns in the Pierīga region, it is 3-4 hours. The delivery time is counted from the moment the contract comes into effect, i.e., when the payment for the purchase is received (see Section 1.2 of the Shopping Terms and Conditions on the Seller’s website zieduekspresis.lv).
The delivery fee within Riga city boundaries will be calculated automatically when the buyer places an order and enters the delivery address. (Delivery costs are detailed below.)

For orders over 100.00 EUR, delivery within Riga city boundaries is free of charge.
The buyer is responsible for paying a repeated delivery fee if the recipient is not at the delivery location and it is necessary to change the delivery address, or if the recipient delays receiving the order by more than 10 minutes. If the delivery address is changed to a location more than 10 km from the original address, the Seller has the right to refuse delivery or set a separate delivery fee.
Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on actual conditions such as traffic, weather, and florist workload.
Orders for special occasions, such as February 14th, March 8th, Mother’s Day, and popular name days, should be placed in advance, preferably 2 days before. Delivery times on these dates may differ from those mentioned above.
The Seller is not responsible for delays in delivery due to incorrectly or unclearly provided addresses.
