Delivery Terms for Flowers and Flower Arrangements

SIA "K Rent" (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) provides flower delivery within the borders of Riga city and nearby municipalities. 

The delivery time within the borders of Riga city is approximately 3 hours, and in other municipalities near Riga, 3-4 hours. The delivery time is counted from the moment the contract comes into effect, i.e., when the purchase payment is received (see Shopping Terms, point 1.2 on the Seller's online store zieduekspresis.lv). 

Delivery Fee: 

The delivery fee for orders within Riga's borders is a fixed sum of €9.99. 
For orders over €100 within Riga city borders, delivery is free of charge.

Ordering and Delivery: 

Flowers and bouquets can be ordered on working days from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. 
Flower and bouquet deliveries are made only during Ziedu Ekspresis working hours, from Monday to Saturday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. 

The buyer is required to pay an additional delivery fee in cases where the recipient is not present at the delivery location, and the delivery address needs to be changed, or if the recipient delays receiving the order by more than 10 minutes. If the delivery address is changed to one more than 5 km from the original address, the Seller reserves the right to refuse delivery (without refunding the cost of the flowers and delivery) or charge a separate delivery fee. 

The delivery time is approximate and may vary depending on actual circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, or florist workload. 

Orders for holidays, such as February 14th, March 8th, or Mother's Day, as well as on popular name days, should be placed in advance, preferably 2 days before. Delivery times on these dates may differ from those mentioned above. 

The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrectly or unclearly provided addresses or other incorrect information.
